Maini Sorri with roots in Vammala makes music internationally

At High school age Maini Sorri lived in her mother’s home town in Vammala. Her music is successfull on the Spanish Top20 chart.

The international radio station Music World Radio compiles the chart there listeners can vote for their favorite track weekly. Maini Sorris techno hit Let Me Do Your Time has remained on the chart for over a year. It was on fifth spot  after 52 weeks on chart.

Maini Sorri will soon release a new single in the United States. Also a music video will be made for Sorris dance single Hold Me.

Maini Sorri was born in Ulvila, from where the family moved to Lempäälä. “When my father died, we moved to my mother’s home town Vammala where I went to the first class at high school. I moved to Sweden at the age of 17, and finished the high school there,” said Maini Sorri, in the summer of 2006 in Alueviestis interview.
Maini Sorri has composed songs from 8 years age. Not only a singer and songwriter, Maini Sorri also has a music teacher education.

I got a lovely report from my promoter in Hollywood Trilogy Music Group. My dance single Shiny Eyes is now played on radiostations in 23 U.S states! For 2 weeks ago it was played in 17 states and now 23!! Week 23 my single is played in 23 U.S. states 🙂 This is so unbelievable!

I am learning what AL, AZ, MA, MI, MN etc means. Here are the 23 states that play Shiny Eyes: New York, Washington, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachussetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Alabama, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, New Mexico, West Virginia, Ohio, Vermont, Connecticut, New Jersey, Illinois, Rhode Island, Utah, Wisconsin. Shiny Eyes is also played in New Foundland in Canada.

For 2 weeks ago Shiny Eyes was on #4 RPM CMJ chart in USA. It means that it was #4 most added on radio station’s playlists of all releases of the week in the whole USA!

AM 1700 in Michigan, USA charted me #5 on CMJ HIP HOP chart last week and WERU 89,9 FM in Maine, USA charted me  #6 on CMJ HIP HOP chart. Shiny Eyes is also played on Newusb in UK/USA. I had great pleasure to be the #4 most played artist of the week world wide for 2 weeks ago. Shiny Eyes has also been played at CFUV 101,9 FM in Victoria Canada, AiiRadio in Florida and on Musicworldradio.

These are my best results ever in America! Time for celebration!

My dance techno track Let Me Do Your Time is doing great on Music Worldradio Top 20 chart. March 30th 2012 it became #2 on the chart. MWR Top 20 chart is based on listener’s votes. When a track falls off the list, it will never come back again, and it is allowed to have only one song per artist at the same time.

Every week people can vote from Friday midnight to Thursday midnight. It is very easy to vote, you can cast you vote here
